Terms of Service

By accessing or using FARO Notification System ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FARO is a centralized notification service that enables authorized applications and users to send email and messaging notifications. The Service includes API access for applications and a web portal for users to manage their notification preferences.

• Access requires authentication via Microsoft or Google OAuth
• Users from authorized domains (roderickc.com, rgc.ar) may access without invitation
• External users require a valid invitation code
• API access requires a valid API key issued by administrators
• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to send spam
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your access credentials or API keys with unauthorized parties
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the notification system
• Send notifications containing malicious content

• API keys are confidential and must be protected
• Rate limits apply to prevent abuse
• Notifications are logged for audit purposes
• We may throttle or block excessive usage

The Service and its original content are owned by RCI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or delivery of all notifications.

RCI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to failed or delayed notification delivery.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
