Your data is stored securely on servers located in the United States. We retain notification logs for audit purposes. Account data is retained while your account is active.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and safety
• With service providers necessary to deliver notifications (e.g., Microsoft Graph for email, Twilio for WhatsApp)

Notifications sent through FARO are delivered via third-party services (Microsoft Graph for email, Twilio for WhatsApp). These providers have their own privacy policies that govern message delivery.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, API key authentication, and access controls.
